Our offices are located in Eagle, Idaho where, in 2007, we relocated from the Phoenix, Arizona area. We are excited to be in Idaho and be of service to the wonderful residents and future residents of the Treasure Valley with a particular emphasis in the Boise, Meridian and especially Eagle, Idaho.

For more than 20 years we have been involved in the new home building arena. Although new to Boise, Meridian, Eagle and the greater Treasure Valley, we have been involved in many specialized areas of the new home building industry. As Vice President of Operations for one of America’s largest homebuilders my duties included overseeing all phases of the new home building operations; superintendents, customer service personnel, purchasing, contracts, and legal issues in the Phoenix Arizona markets. Additionally we owned and operated a framing operation with over 150 framers and trim carpenters where we framed new homes for many of the Phoenix Area’s largest New Home Builders.

We say this only that you understand we have had extensive New Home building experience and understand our role and our duty as your New Home builder. We realize we need to earn your trust and respect and are willing to do so. From your first point of contact you’ll find a team of individuals waiting to serve you.
